TypersPad comes as a single TypersPad.exe. No installer and no admin rights.
Copy it to a folder or a USB stick and double-click it.

When you can’t install software
A work PC, a shared computer, a quick job on someone else’s machine. Sometimes installing isn’t an option.
The portable TypersPad needs no install, so it works in many of these cases.

If you turn on sync, your tabs go to your own Google Drive. They never pass through our servers.
How the portable version works
The .exe runs from anywhere, including a USB stick. Your settings and kept tabs are stored on the computer you run it on, in your Windows user folder. They don’t travel on the stick.
The portable version doesn’t update itself. To update, download a new copy and replace the old file.

Do I need to install it?
No. Download TypersPad.exe and double-click it.
Are my tabs saved on the USB stick?
No. Settings and kept tabs are stored on the computer you use it on. To have your tabs on several computers, turn on sync.
How do I update it?
Download the new TypersPad.exe and replace the old one. The portable version doesn’t update itself.
Is the .exe signed?
Yes. It is signed by Williation Technologies.
